    GREATEST SNOW AMOUNTS EXPECTED SOUTHEAST OF LAKE ONTARIO FROM
    NORTHEASTERN WAYNE ACROSS NORTHERN CAYUGA TO SOUTHERN OSWEGO
    COUNTIES.
    * TIMING...FROM EARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY
    EVENING.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...AN INCH OR LESS WEDNESDAY...2 TO 4 INCHES
    WEDNESDAY NIGHT...AND 3 TO 5 INCHES THURSDAY...LEADING TO
    STORM TOTALS OF 5 TO 9 INCHES IN THE MOST PERSISTENT LAKE
    SNOWS.
    * WINDS...WEST 20 TO 30 MPH.
    * VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A HALF MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT IN
    VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL AT TIMES WITH SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
    POOR VISIBILITY.
