The Town Board established to committee, consisting of up to nine members, to have residents study and make recommendations on how to run town government more efficiently. Each members is appointed by the Town Board for a three-year term, with the opportiunity to be reappointed.
Anyone interested in serving on the committee should visit the town's website, www.townofglenville.org, and click Forms on the left sidebar to download a Volunteer Interest Form, which has instructions for filling it out and submitting.
From the town's announcement:
The Town Board has set as one of its priorities updating and consolidating the town’s computer systems, and has asked the EIG Committee to assist in that effort. Therefore, EIG Committee is particularly interested in volunteers who have computer systems management knowledge and abilities.
