Thank you all for joining us to light the NYS Holiday Tree! ... See MoreSee Less
It would have been better if it didn’t start early. We waited to come at 5:30 because of the cold and got there 2 minutes before the finale. Not happy about that at all. You have a schedule for a reason.
Lol
Seriously! I intentionally arrived w/ a few minutes to spare because of how cold it was tonight. Didn't want to have my 2 year old out any longer than needed. Got there and the tree was lit already and the fireworks were going off. Very disappointing!
Did anybody ever pick up the drone? 😩😩😩
Thank u❗❗❗❗
Me and my children came out at 3 and stayed until fireworks it was so much fun❗
If you came at last minute you missed it all lol🤷

Why did you start the fireworks early? It said on FB tree lighting and fireworks 5.30- 6 but they started at 5.20 and we and many others missed them. People were running down State St as soon as they heard them start.
Honestly, I never head out until I hear the fireworks, but I enjoy them every year. Maybe next year I'll plan ahead. Thanks as always for the December fireworks!

CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. — The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) and CDPHP wrapped up the third season of the CDPHP Cycle! riding season with more than 41,000 trips taken andClear out the bus stops on Rt. 9 Watervliet/Latham. Kids are standing in road! The stop right ahead of the circle had about a dozen people balancing on iced over roads. A little further down a mother was body shielding her toddler while they waited for the bus...once again in the road because the stop was snowed in. Shameful!!
