Just got off the phone with your main urgent care phone number, trying to reach the Rotterdam office that I talked to earlier about my sister heading there not feeling well at all. She would not even connect me with the Rotterdam office citing HIPPA. Albany Med you should have an inservice for ALL employees as they do NOT know the true HIPPA laws which is so often cited incorrectly and does not apply to a concerned relative.
