Did it snow for 12 nights when he was 6, or 6 nights when he was 12? Dylan Thomas remembers that, at Christmas, there were always uncles, and an aunt who indulged because Christmas came just once a year, and the presents never included a catapult.
The Irish American Heritage Museum will share a read of Thomas’ story poem “A Child’s Christmas in Wales,” which is sure to make audience members smile as they remember their own childhood holidays.
Music provided by Tom Rees; beverages and treats will be available following the reading.
