Every Monday in August join Dr. Kristine Williams, naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist, as she takes you on a 4 week meditation journey. Each week you will learn something different about meditating, including how to do it, why the most successful people make it a priority, and different ways to do it to fit your personality. Every week there will be a powerful group meditation and discussion. Bring an open mind and heart and she will take care of the rest!
NWR will be providing coffee and snacks, as well as other resources in regards to the specific topic of the time.
