William Godlewski, 30, of River Road, Rotterdam, was arrested on charges of possession of sexual performance of a child and promotion sexual performance of a child, both felonies, on Thursday, March 11, by State Police, according to police reports.
State Police in Princetown, working with the New York State Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and the New York Attorney General’s Office, executed a search warrant Thursday morning, seizing computers and electronic equipment. Godlewski was arrested for on the child pornography charges and arraigned in Rotterdam Town Court and later remanded to Schenectady County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 cash bail and $100,000 bond, according to reports from the state police.`
