Answer: To assist residents and town government with land uses, to continue our positive work towards land planning, to improve our park facilities, and to continue our fiscal responsibility, which has resulted in the lowest net taxes (exclusive of our solid waste pickup service) in Albany County. A: As a consulting engineer, I bring a unique perspective to town matters. This knowledge assists the Town Board and town departments in public works projects, developments, building and parks, and technical issues. As a former zoning board of appeals member and subsequent chairman, I developed a strong understanding of our zoning codes, which is important for assisting with land use issues in the future A: 1.Ensuring only appropriate size development. Providing quality roads, Town services and Town facilities within the tax cap.

A: 1. Complete the current planning and zoning revisions and guidelines for the New Scotland hamlet area; update town zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance. Continue with our current management and fiscal practices, encourage sound economic development to increase our tax base. Efficiently operate and maintain our current water system; pursue economical water sources; identify water well protection measures for our suburban and rural areas.William Hennessey
