Magnetic Pass Balance Transfer to Navigator Smart Cards
As part of the transition to Navigator, customers with unused magnetic passes will have the opportunity to transfer their products to new smart cards. All exchanges will need to be completed between January 1, 2018 and April 1, 2018. No exchanges will be offered after April 1, 2018, and magnetic passes cannot be exchanged for mobile tickets. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any existing magnetic passes.
