COLONIE – CBA travelled across town to take on The Raiders on Friday, Sept. 21, and walked away with a 33-6 win.
The Brothers (2-2 ,2-2) got off to a quick start with two scores out of the gate and Colonie (1-3, 1-3) never got back in the game.
Isaiah Scarlett scored first on a four-yard run followed up by a 25-yard dash. Both extra points by Own Naef were good.
In the second, quarterback Fred Smith connected with Ben Curro for a touchdown and Mike Barber scored on a five-yard run.
Colonie got on the board late in the second quarter when quarterback Shai Young hit Josiah Kemp for six. The two-point conversion failed.
Barber scored his second of the game on a 13-yard run to round out the scoring.
CBA will play at Schenectady on Saturday, Sept. 29, and Colonie will host Albany on Friday, Sept. 28.
