Joshua Bojkovic, 27, of Guilderland, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a felony, in Albany County Court Thursday morning, Dec. 4, according to county District Attorney David Soares.
On March 31, the Albany County Sheriff’s Department obtained a search warrant for 2019 Western Ave., Western Motel, in Guilderland. While searching the hotel, police found Bojkovic to be in possession of nine ounces of powdered cocaine, a quantity of MDMA, and “other narcotics,” according to the District Attorney’s Office.
Bojkovic faces up to five years in state prison, followed by three years of post-release supervision, when sentenced on Jan. 29.
