Baseball HOF President Visit
Baseball fans are in for a treat as President of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum Tim Mead visits us on Mon. Jan. 6, at 10 a.m. Prior to assuming leadership in Cooperstown, Mr. Mead spent 40 years on staff for the Los Angeles Angels. He’ll cover the upcoming Hall of Fame elections and his experiences working with three Angels owners, including Gene Autry and Arte Moreno, as well as two of the greatest players in baseball history, Mike Trout and Albert Pujols. He’ll also field your questions on all things baseball during this special visit.
2020 Vision Boards
New Year’s resolutions are often fleeting — what are the goals you’re committed to accomplishing in the coming year? Make the most of this fresh start on Mon. Jan. 6, at 6:30 p.m. with a fun craft that puts your aspirations into visual context and constantly at top of mind. You’ll create a colorful collage for year-long inspiration.

Little Lego Club
Children in grades K-3 are welcome to join our Little Lego Club on Mon. Jan. 6 at 3:30 p.m. Use your imagination for creative individual and collaborative play. Feel free to use the library’s collection, or bring your own bricks. For younger children, we offer Duplo.
Internet Safety and Cyber Security
It’s important to be mindful of cyber risks and learn how to combat these threats. On Tues. Jan. 7 at 6:30 p.m., staff from the NYS Division of Homeland Security will provide an informative overview on common cyber threats.
