Jack Bush, the senior tailback, scored on a 12-yard run and Ravion Burt, the junior running back who was the team’s workhorse Friday night, finished off the Shaker scoring and put the game out of reach with a 65-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.
Shaker (1-0, 2-0) missed all four extra point attempts, and the longest gain in the air was on a 15-yard pass interference penalty.
On defense, Akap Takor had three interceptions and did run one back for a touchdown but it was called back because of an illegal blocking penalty called after the turnover.
