I dare any "bigwig" from CDTA to address my grievences and complaints!
When I spoke with Customer Service Rep., Chantell on July 2, she blantently LIED to me saying that the #451 will still go from Ballston Spa to Hospital.
After the Federal Government has agreed to give CDTA multi-millions of dollars to enhance/upgrade the CDTA Bus Service. Ballston Spa has gotten the WORST treatment ever. Did it all go to ALbany? Scenectady? Troy? Where is it going?
Where's Jaime Kazlo Watson...😉
The "suits" at CDTA have got to be kidding. The removal of Route #451 from Ballston Spa to Price Chopper, Ballston Ave., is outrageous! People have doctors and dentists along Geyser Rd. What happens to them? What about going straight thru from Ballston Spa to Saratoga Hospital?People DO go there for treatments/blood work etc. Now we have to transfer to/from #450 bus. Time lapse between transfers can be as long as 45minutes to 2 hours to make a transfer. In this heat?? What happens in the winter time??? No shelter from shade or seating area. Plus now you will charge 2 fares to get to/from Ballston Spa/ Saratoga Hospital/ Train Station. Totally WRONG!
