Marchesi di Barolo ‘Ruvei’ Barbera d’Alba
Marchesi DiBarolo Winery — Italy
As usual, you want to go with a red with this Italian dish, and this week we’re going with a barbera from Marchesi DiBarolo. A pour of this welcomes you with the fragrance of fresh, fruity notes of blackberries, red fruit jam, and scents of vanilla and toasted hazelnut. This wine provides a rich, full taste with a slight tartness.
