SLY FOX AND THE HUSTLERS are “Heavy Voodoo Blues over Swampy Funky Grooves!” and “an exciting show not to be missed.” The band proves it every time it takes the stage; high energy live shows and songs performed with passion by its dynamic frontman Sly Fox have helped the band to build a buzz throughout the northeast.
HARTLEY’S ENCORE is a funk/soul band from Albany. Its mission: making music that’s equal parts soundtrack to your Saturday night and bacon for your Sunday brunch. Frequently FUNKY—and always soulful—H.E. is the house band at your dance party for the apocalypse. It has shared the stage with such greats as Eric Krasno (of Soulive/Lettuce), were selected as a “[Band] You Should Know,” by NYSMusic.com in its 2017 year-in-review, and on April 20, 2018, the band released its self-titled debut record (EP), recorded and mixed by iconic drummer/producer Alan Evans (of Soulive) at (his) Iron Wax Recording Studio. The record is now available on Spotify, iTunes, and all major digital platforms, as well as in CD format at the next Hartley’s Encore show near you.
GRAND CENTRAL STATION is celebrating 39 years in the entertainment business. The band has an excellent reputation as a great party band and the ability to make people dance. A six-piece group that has a Triple-A rating with the Better Business Bureau, its mission is to keep the dance floor packed. No smoke and mirrors – just great dance music.
