BETHLEHEM — On Friday, Dec. 1, at about 10:39 a.m., the Bethlehem Police Department arrested Geoffrey S. Wood, 62, of Connecticut, as a fugitive from justice. Officers were called to the area of River and Clapper roads to investigate reports of a suspicious person waving his harms erratically, as if trying to flag passing vehicles. Wood was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice. He was arraigned in the Town of Bethlehem Court by Judge Ryan Donovan, remanded to the Albany County jail without bail, and will appear in Albany County Court at a later date for an extradition hearing.
